Lodder’s Marine was awarded the Outstanding CSI award for 2010 from Four Winns Boat Company. Our Customer Service Index score was 98% for 2010 ranking us highest among the Four Winns dealer network. “Customer satisfaction is something we take pride in,” says Matt Lodder. “We realize that in today’s world, the only way a company like ours can survive is to have a high repeat and referral customer base. You accomplish this by being the best at taking care of your customers.” While winning this award is a nice accomplishment, by no means does this entitle us to rest on our laurels. We will continue our customer focus and work on ways to deliver a better experience to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky boating community. Even With a score of 98%, there’s room for improvement!
